Insights

We use narrative insights powered by Sensemaker® Software to capture themes and identify patterns of behaviour in organisations. Stories are compelling and patterns and statistics are objective. Together these insights shine a light on systems, behaviours, leadership and more.

Codesign

Using our experience and clear-to-follow frameworks, we can quickly work with you to codesign an approach personalised to your needs. Using our library of digital assets, we can compile and customize digital training, workshops and virtual learning experiences that look and feel like an in-house production.

Implement

By tracking changes as we begin to implement and evaluate, we continually adapt our programs and approaches. Finetune, focus on business units or systems that are underperforming, or amplify excellence in top performing teams. We work with you through a continual co-design process so you are involved every step of the way.

Evaluate

Together, we can begin training in pilot cohorts and quickly adapt to scale. Do you want to start at the top with your executive leadership team? Or with senior managers or frontline leaders? Or with all staff, building resilience and leadership skills across the organisation as a whole?

Adapt
